Schedule.evaluate_core_standing_time_ahead()

Evaluate provided energy per timestep by schedule and needed energy in total.

This function is called once at the beginning of each core standing time.

Shortcomings from schedule are detected early on and battery energy is allocated to help.

Raises:

Exception – if any vehicle is not available during core standing time (use warn_core_standing_time to suppress)
